The RIGEL fleet fulfills all qualifications to be fast and safely on its way also in difficult arctic waters. Many ports suitable for petroleum transport from the Far North are thus situated along its routes. Therefore a considerable part of the fleet meets the requirements of the high Finnish ice class 1A. This makes RIGEL ships well-matching for operations in the artic waters of Siberia, Eastern Canada, countries bordering the Baltic Sea and the ports of the White Sea.
